Most weeks, voluntary donations are split between the work of the Society and an organization whose work in the world honors human worth.

In this month when we’re thinking about “commitment” as a theme, RYSEC Leader Jone Lewis will reflect on the choices we have to make in our lives. When do we say “yes” and when do we say “no”?  How do we take an active part in interpersonal and community relationships, and how do we set boundaries so that we aren’t overcommitted?

11 a.m. is gathering time, to meet and greet one another.  We start the formal program at 11:15 and usually end about 12:30.  After that, we have a time of informal conversation.

March 2021 Ethics Matters Theme: Commitment. Ethical living requires not just an open heart, open eyes, and open ears, but a willingness to commit.  Without commitment, ideals are just ideas.
The concept of a love relationship between people. Hands interacts with a heart on a background of sunny sunset.
