Our Commitment to Human Worth

Historically and today, the commitment to human worth is central in Ethical Societies. What do we mean by human worth? Where did the concept come from? How is this different from a credal belief? How do we ground something we cannot see, touch, or measure? What are the consequences of honoring, or not honoring, human worth? How does this commitment motivate our actions, as individuals and as part of the Ethical movement?

RYSEC Clergy Leader Jone Johnson Lewis is our featured speaker.  We’ll have time for participation.   RYSEC is hosting this platform meeting to be shared with several other Ethical Societies, whose members will also be present.

Contributions to "Sunday Sharing" during July 2021 are shared between RYSEC and this month's sharing partner.
