Volunteer Opportunities in the Community
Social action is the core of the life of the Ethical Society. While our home page notes several of the major achievements of the Riverdale-Yonkers Society, there are on-going projects and activities which reach out to those in need in our immediate community and globally as well. These include:
- Men’s Overnight Emergency Shelter–
provides a warm meal, a safe place to sleep and caring one night a week. - Food and Hunger Project
